Online Coaching website, booking Calendar, online payment form and automated SMS and Email solution
Here’s a case study website for a coaching company by our colleagues Mike and Matt. Niching to their demographic of fellow Dad’s, this coaching programme needed a modern optimised website, with booking calendar widget that then triggered a series of automation (automated SMS and email reminders for client sign ups), as well as ability to accept payments online. The site also had to display before/after images of client transformations and testimonials.
Setup an Online shop to sell products
Setting up an online shop (selling your own products/ merch or dropshipping) can be a profitable side project or standalone business! Here’s an online shop that Matt built for his own fitness brand. Sales and stock can be managed in the CMS, and customers can purchase online – with an optimised basket and checkout, as well as showcasing personalised products – where customers can add their own wording to customise logos before ordering.

Optimising a PT website to get indexed by Google, and responsive for all mobile browsers
Fit Agency is an amalgamation of our passion for fitness and digital marketing. Matt’s previous side business, Northampton PT, needed a mobile responsive, SEO optimised website, and optimised Google Business Profile, so he utilised his digital marketing skills to create a modern website and booking form which got indexed by Google organically to create leads for Personal Training in Northampton.
Sell pre-recorded content with a Fitness Programme
Once an online fitness programme is setup, it can be a great source of passive income to your fitness business – by selling workout plans. As well as a library of exercises, this programme featured options for different weekly split training plans, depending on the client’s goals and time restraints, making it a versatile programme to promote and sell.

Bring your brand to life with Video, for social media engagement – Youngla
A prospective concept Reel for YoungLA – based on their campaign ‘From LA to the World’. Matt was the model, video editor and designer on this short video – contact us bring your brand to life with video, animation and engaging content. As well as working within the fitness industry, we have worked with a range of other clients outside of health and fitness. Below are some recent work examples:
An overhaul of a brand; logo redesign, brochure redesign, and website re-build to modernise the layouts.
As part of this work, we redesigned and rebuilt Mediumz Ltd’s website, to modernise it aesthetically, but to also ensure it was upto date technically. The site now fully responds to mobile and tablet devices, and all the templates freshened up with new layouts. As part of this project, all products were also photographed, edited, and uploaded to the site. The site also features a hidden (member only) area with login functionality, and a CMS so that the client can manage and update content (words and images) themselves going forwards.
From web design to print based graphic design
The brochure redesign also features photography of products which was edited on montaged in Photoshop, and the brochure has been designed with multiple purposes – a high resolution printed version for customers, and also an online digital version for download, which features links.

Redesigning a new brochure – for Print
This project involved photography and photo editing of products, and illustrative elements and designs for the packaging and products featured in the brochure.. To give the brochure a fresh new look. The binding style of the publication was influenced by pantone sample books so the pages rotated in an innovative way, and the front cover featured a three dimensional element. The catalogue was exhibited in Germany at an industry exhibition and was received very well!

Some Other creative works:
Creative work featured in Advanced Photoshop magazine
Some of Matt’s work, below, was featured in the worldwide selling publication, Advanced Photoshop Magazine (issue 60). For a prospective concept for HP Workstations, based on the concept of ‘Explore More’. Although composed in Photoshop, Matt created all the individual illustrations (no stock imagery) as well as some elements made from paper sculptures, which was then edited and composed together digitally for these creative and surreal visuals!
